This is my OWN 1-year transformation. On the left I was inconsistent for about 3-months with training, eating habits were sloppy and I let myself go. The photo on the left is March of 2019, the phot on the right is June of 2020. Believe it or not, I am heavier on the right than the left. There is no secret formula here either. I found a way of eating that worked for me (I enjoyed the foods I love), I trained 3-4/week (full body exercise) and or a mix of powerlifting and hypertrophy training. COVID happened April 2020, gyms were closed, so I had to workout out of my apartment, was forced to barbell only movements for 4-months, traveled home for a month and managed to juggle all this and not allow my health to slip. PROGRAMMING COACHING OPTIONS
Our goal when working together is to build a foundation of strength, continue to improve then be more specific with our goals as we continue to work together. I offer strength training based programs meaning fully body, upper/lower body splits focusing on getting stronger as an individual. With basic progressive overload schemes + monitoring core lifts we will ensure progress.
POWERLIFTING FOCUSED PROGRAMMING
If you are interested in powerlifting and or getting into powerlifting this is a good programming/online coaching option for you. We will focus on squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press + proper accessory movements and more. This coaching option requires filming of main lifts, 1x/week Zoom check-in sessions and a basic beginner level of powerlifting.

Very simple! You email me. I reach out to you after, we schedule a zoom call, I then take information from our Zoom call. Figure out a plan and we keep in touch daily!
WHAT AGE DO YOU WORK WITH?
20-30 years old is my bread and butter. But, I work with all ages as long as you have a basic understanding of technology and fitness. We are going to be a great team!
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I use a site called "Square space", I send you an invoice through that, from there you pay it and every month (if you are doing monthly coaching) it bills you until you cancel or we stop working together. If you are interested in just a program then I do accept Venmo/Pay Pal as well!
