WHAT IS "ONLINE COACHING"?
Online coaching is for the individual who has a good idea of what he/she is doing in the gym, has been working out for a few years but feels stuck and needs a little guidance. OR it can be someone who is capable of working out but just needs that extra push and accountability. Whatever your goal may be I can HELP you! My online coaching is simply as if I am by your side watching you, but at the end of the day it is up to you to get it done! I give you the tools and guidance necessary.

PROGRAM COACHING VS NUTRITION COACHING
Program coaching means I build a workout program for you based on your goals. We discuss what you want to accomplish in the gym, fitness goals, experience level, commitment and much more. From there we build a 6-12 week program for you with weekly check ins and easy to follow programming on the True Coach app. (scroll down to see what the True Coach app is!)
Nutrition coaching is similar to program coaching but I just help you with your nutrition, helping you clean up poor eating habits, find ways to understand foods, what your body needs and much more. Whether the goal is lose fat or gain muscle we can help you!
You can add the two together as well and get coached 1 on 1 with your workouts and nutrition!
We offer both coaching options, either seperate or together. I can help you with your nutrition and programming or just one, whatever is easiest for you.

Do You Want To Stop Making Excuses?
This is my own 1-year transformation, the scariest part is I am about 3 lbs heavier in the picture on the left. The picture on the left was taken in December 2020 the picture on the right was taken December 2019 when I first was getting settled in Iowa. Mix in a whole year of learning, dedicating a lot of time to training, eat sufficient calories, hitting my protein requirements, sleeping fairly decent and being consistent, lead to 5 or more lbs of muscle and a lot stronger looking body. The reason I show this is because if I am going to talk the talk I better walk the walk. Meaning everything I tell you, I try to help you with and I am planning to help you with I did, I do and it has worked for me. PROGRAMMING COACHING OPTIONS
All workouts and programs are done through the True Coach app. An easy to use app with exercise demo's, simple to fill out workout logs and accessible communication with me! Every new client gets a FREE 7-DAY TRIAL!
Our goal when working together is to build a foundation of strength, continue to improve then be more specific with our goals as we continue to work together. I offer strength training based programs meaning fully body, upper/lower body splits focusing on getting stronger as an individual. With basic progressive overload schemes + monitoring core lifts we will ensure progress. Program option is best suited for for 18-65 year olds.
POWERLIFTING FOCUSED PROGRAMMING
If you are interested in powerlifting and or getting into powerlifting this is a good programming/online coaching option for you. We will focus on squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press + proper accessory movements and more. This coaching option requires filming of main lifts, 1x/week Zoom check-in sessions and a basic beginner level of powerlifting. Program option is best suited for men/women thinking about competing and or getting into powerlifting. Age could vary from 18-45 year olds.
BEGINNER OLYMPIC LIFTING PROGRAMMING
This is one of the only services I offer that is free. After recieving my certification as a Level 1 USA Weightlifting coach I want to offer TWO athletes who are getting started in Weight Lifting the opportunity to work with me for FREE. The only reason it is free is because I want to put my skills to the test and help you! Program option is best suited for those who are just getting into Olympic lifting, have not done much Olympic lifting in the past and have goals to compete one the Weight Lifting stage one day.

Very simple! You email me. I reach out to you after, we schedule a zoom call, I then take information from our Zoom call. Figure out a plan and we keep in touch daily!
WHAT AGE DO YOU WORK WITH?
20-30 years old is my bread and butter. But, I work with all ages as long as you have a basic understanding of technology and fitness. We are going to be a great team!
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I use a software called True Coach that handles all subscriptions for my online clients! Depending on the rate we agree on, you will be charged monthly, quarterly or yearly for online coaching through True Coach's sfotware!
