THE PROGRAM AT LEAD BY EXAMPLE HOCKEY TRAINING

GOAL #1

1. Improve strength through basic power movements like the goblet squat, bench press, hang clean & more!

GOAL #2

2. Improve explosiveness, with properly performed strength movements & correct sprinting mechanics we strive to have you walk out of the program faster in your sport.

GOAL #3

3. Improve endurance, with proper agility drills, ballistic movements, proper rest times and CONTINUOUS REPETITION we strive to have the athlete leave the program more conditioned.

GOAL #4

4. Improve confidence & competitiveness. With CHALLENGING movements, 1 on 1 competition drills, keeping track of progress in baseline/strength movements and competing against their peers we hope your athlete walks away hungry for more.

 
 

LEAD BY EXAMPLE MISSION STATEMENT

At Lead By Example Training our mission is to provide the best training possible for any individual no matter their goals. We welcome clients of all ages, strengths, weaknesses and sports. We approach each client with a goal in mind and that is to get the individual stronger, without strength we cannot possess the basic mechanics, function and movement to do simple daily tasks and or compete at a high level for athletes. We approach each client with a functional training technique, each client will focus on mastering movements until they can move up to a more advanced movement. Working with mastering simple movements, progressing to dumbbells and then barbells is how we approach all clients no matter the goal. You cannot run before you walk. Therefore at Lead By Example Training you cannot progress until you feel confident.
